Childhood & Early Life

John Cena was born on April 23, 1977 in United States. His mother name is carol who is of English and of French Canadian origin and is the daughter of Tony Lupien a baseball player. While his father named “John Cena Sr.” is of Italian Descent. When he was child he was admitted to Central Catholic High School in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Later, he was transferred to “The Cushing Academy”. He got admission is Springfield College, Springfield, Massachusetts.

 There he joined football team and he was made captain and MVP of this team. Later, he left the game but still uses his jersey no.4 on his merchandise. In 1998, he completed his graduation from Springfield College with degrees in physiology and human anatomy. To pursue a career in bodybuilding he went to California. There he worked as a driver in a company. He also was not able to afford his apartment and so he spent his nights in his 1991 Lincoln Continental.

Wrestling Career

He played his first match in October9, 2001 on WWF (World Wrestling Federation) against Mickey Richardson. John Cena lost this match. Finally, He got another chance on “Smackdown” on January 9, 2001 in Oakland, California against Aaron Aguilera. John Cena got success in this match. Soon he got contract from World Wrestling Federation and he was also assigned to ohio Valley Wrestling and there he also held Heavyweight Championship for 3 months.

He played his debuted match against Kurt Angle on television in an episode of “SmackDown” on June 27 2002. Although he lost this match but he won the hearts of audience and got many fans. At this time, he started a new character as rapper and perform freestyle rapes about his opponents. His rape name is “The Doctor of Thuganomics”.

In annual Royal Rumble, He made final six before being eliminated by the “Big Show”. It led to a feud between both of them. Finally, John Cena got success clinching the United States Championship, his first WWE title.

In 2000, in a movie “Ready to Rumble” John Cen got his first movie role. In 2006, he came back to films with the movie “The Marine”. 

WWE Studios was producer of “The Marine” and 20^th Century Fox distributed this movie. His next two movies “12 Rounds” and “Legendary” was also produced by WWE Studios. In the action film “Reunion”, he also had a starring role. He also had a role in comedy movies “Trainwreck”, “Sisters” and “Daddy’s Home.”
